The Virgin Islands Olympic Committee team traveled to Santa Marta Colombia to participate in the first-ever Beach Games with Chef de Mission Desiree Miranda in lead. Sailors Peter Stanton and Matthieu Dale, swimmers Nebiyou Von- Schilling-Royer and Kaeden Gleason, men’s beach volleyball team Adreas Bump and William Shaw Clements, and women’s beach volleyball team Khrysti Rosa and Tia Kim Hughes were in Santa Marta from November 18th to November 27th to complete with other Central Ameican and Caribbean Nations.
